JooDesk may provide special pricing to eligible educational institutions, registered non-profit organizations, and qualifying early-stage businesses. Eligible organizations may receive special pricing of up to 60% on eligible JooDesk plans, subject to verification and approval.

We offer tailored assistance to organizations making a positive impact or building new foundations. Qualification is subject to review and verification.
Non-Profit Organizations
Registered non-profit organizations may request special pricing for eligible JooDesk plans.
Educational Institutions
Schools, academies, colleges, training organizations, and other qualifying educational institutions may request special pricing.
Startups & New Businesses
Qualifying early-stage startups and newly established businesses experiencing limited operating capacity may request special pricing.
How the Program Works

Contact Sales
Start by contacting the JooDesk Sales team. Tell us about your organization and the plan you are interested in.
Receive Verification Form
After the initial conversation, our Sales team may send you a private verification form and request supporting documentation relevant to your organization.
Eligibility Review
JooDesk reviews the submitted information and supporting documents. Approval is not automatic and may depend on eligibility, business circumstances, plan availability, and verification results.
Custom Plan
If approved, JooDesk may create a custom special-pricing plan specifically for the organization.
What May Be Required for Verification?
Depending on the applicant type, JooDesk may request documents reasonably necessary to verify eligibility.
Examples of documentation that may be requested during the private verification review include:
- Organization or business registration documents
- Educational institution registration or recognition documents
- Non-profit tax-exempt or charity registration certificates
- Recent financial statements or profit-and-loss (P&L) information
- Other documents reasonably necessary to verify the organization's current operating condition
Do not submit sensitive financial documents publicly. All documentation and verification details are collected and reviewed strictly through private, encrypted channels managed directly by the JooDesk Sales team.
Custom Special Plan Structure
Approved applicants do not necessarily receive one of the plans shown on the public Pricing page. Where appropriate, JooDesk may create a custom plan with individually determined pricing and features.
- Created manually by an authorized JooDesk administrator
- Tailored custom pricing, features, user limits, and capabilities
- Issued for a specific start date and expiry date (valid for 1 year)
- Clearly designated on your workspace account as a "Custom Special Plan"
Annual Eligibility Review & Renewal
Special pricing is not automatically permanent. Custom Special Plans are issued for a maximum period of one year and may be reviewed before renewal.
JooDesk may renew or continue special pricing for another approved period, subject to the then-current program rules and verification.
If the organization no longer meets criteria, the Special Plan may be discontinued at renewal and the customer may move to an applicable regular JooDesk plan listed on the Pricing page.
Note: Active paid terms are not cancelled mid-cycle; eligibility reassessment applies at scheduled renewal.

Special pricing is discretionary and subject to eligibility review. Contacting Sales does not guarantee approval, a specific discount percentage, a particular plan, or renewal of a Special Plan.
